This multi-level contemporary villa exhibits a sophisticated exploration of geometric massing, subtractive volumes, and contrasting material textures. The primary architectural composition balances a structural dichotomy, juxtaposing large, smooth-set ashlar limestone panels against a prominent, cantilevered upper volume wrapped in a finely corrugated, micro-ribbed stone facade. Deep-set, volumetric window boxes framed in crisp, matte-black architectural aluminum puncture the elevations, creating heavy shadow play during the day while framing precisely curated views from the private quarters.
